We construct custom boxes for books completely by hand. We create slipcases as well as custom clamshell boxes which offer excellent protection for books.

Slipcases

Slipcases are covered with cloth cover materials. We cannot put foil lettering on slipcases but can add a printed paper label to the spine.

Clamshell boxes

We make drop-spine clamshell boxes for books.

Clamshell boxes can be entirely cloth-covered or the front, spine, and back cover can be leather with cloth-covered trays. In order for a box to fit a book perfectly, we MUST have the book in front of us when making a box. We will NOT make boxes based on measurements sent by a customer. We must measure the book ourselves. We can print titles, etc. in foil lettering on the front cover and spine of a clamshell box.

All materials used to make and line boxes are acid-free.
